Mechanical & Construction Manager / General Contractor:

Meccon self performed the piping, off-site piping fabrication, boilermaker & structural steel work; managed the electrical & instrumentation work; and bid/contracted/managed the caisson, foundation, underground utilities, excavation/backfill, millwright, painting and insulation work. This plant includes a Selas Hydrogen Reformer, Linde SMR-PSA Unit, Hydrogenation Process Unit, two (2) Process Air Coolers, Pipe Racks & Pipe Rack Modules, two (2) Modular Hydrogen Compressor Units, 840 Pipe Spools, Water Treatment Unit, Power Distribution Center & Control/Office Buildings.

This project included 300,000+ Man-hours without a single OSHA Recordable. The Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Pre- Commissioning work was completed within a nine (9) month period.
